Paul Deegan

Paul has climbed and trekked on five continents, including two attempts to climb Everest. From the North side reaching 8000m and from the South side reaching 7600m. In 1999 Paul led the Motorola Pamirs Expedition to a previously unexplored mountain massif on the border of the former Soviet Union and China. Paul now writes full-time about his adventures.

He is a Contributing Editor for Global Adventure and On The Hill magazines, and his articles have appeared in a number of publications including The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, High and Business Traveller.

Jon has climbed, walked and camped throughout the British Isles, trekked in Peru, the Alps, Norway and Australia and canoed in Canada. During a year spent in Australia he also covered several hundred kilometres of outback trails in 4WD vehicles including some remote and hair raising tracks amongst the Flinders Ranges in South Australia.

Jon runs his own company specialising in writing high integrity software for planes, trains and automobiles. The company has recently diversified into producing websites (including Glenn's). Rayzume Limited - www.rayzume.co.uk.
